The following are requirements for employment:

- Valid Nevada Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- If not a citizen (Legal Permanent Resident Card)
- 2-Step Tuberculosis Test or Chest X-Ray, QuantiFERON (Blood Test for TB)..
- Physical Exam
- Fingerprinting and FBI Background check
- 10 hour Personal Care Basic Training
- 4 hour Company Orientation
- Cultural Competency
- Infection Control
- CPR/AED/First Aid training
